Hewill be a master deceiver (Revelation 13:14) who will perform great signs and wonders (Matthew 24:24) in order to deceive even the elect (if that were possible) (Mark 13:22). He will be a world leader who will be empowered by Satan himself (Revelation 13:2). And he will greatly expand his power and influence during a time of great global turmoil known as the Tribulation (Matthew 24:21).

The Antichrist is a figure who will rule the earth during the Tribulation, a seven-year period of intense persecution. The Antichrist will be a charismatic leader who will deceive many people into following him. He will be filled with Satan’s power and will oppose everything that is good. The Antichrist will ultimately be defeated by Jesus Christ at the Battle of Armageddon.

There are many different opinions about when Christ will return, but the Bible gives us some clear indications. Christ Himself said that He would return “in the glory of His Father with the holy angels” (Matthew 16:27). He also said that His return would be “like a thief in the night” (1 Thessalonians 5:2; 2 Peter 3:10). And Paul wrote, “The Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first” (1 Thessalonians 4:16).
