    After reviewing the above scriptures on fear, anxiety and worry, I realize that I need to:

-Thank God for who He is.
-Praise Him for what He has done.
-Ask for His help in my current situation.

  • repent of my sin and trust Him for His forgiveness.
    -Believe that He is in control and that He will work everything out for my good.
    -Cast my cares on Him because He cares for me.
    -Stop worrying and instead fix my thoughts on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely and admirable.
    -Think about such things as God’s faithfulness, His love, His power, and His sovereignty.
