“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7).

“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff comfort me” (Psalm 23:4).

Talk to someone


It can be really helpful to talk to someone about the things that are making you anxious. This could be a friend, family member, therapist, or anyone else who you feel comfortable talking to.
