What is the holy spirit?
The term “holy spirit” appears many times in the Bible. It is spoken of as the power of God that gives life to believers and enables them to live a godly life. It is also known as the Holy Ghost.

One of the main ways we can be indwelled with the holy spirit is through worshiping God. When we focus our attention on God and give him our praise, it allows us to be more in tune with his presence. The holy spirit is then able to work more effectively in our lives as we open ourselves up to him. Other ways of worshiping include spending time in prayer, reading the Bible, and serving others.
Obey God’s commands
One way we can be sure we are indwelled with the Holy Spirit is by obeying God’s commands. The Bible tells us that those who are led by the Spirit of God are those who obey His commands (Romans 8:14). When we obedience God’s commands, it is evidence that the Holy Spirit is living inside of us.
