The Story of Elijah

Elijah was a man who was very zealous for the things of God. He had a heart for God and was very passionate about serving Him. One day, God told Elijah to go and stand on the top of Mount Carmel. Elijah obeyed and went to the top of the mountain. There, he prayed that God would send fire from heaven to consume the offering that he had prepared. God answered Elijah’s prayer and fire came down from heaven and consumed the offering. This story shows us that Elijah was a man who was willing to obey God and that he had a heart for Him.

Who was Elijah?
